Advocacy

In addition to educating the family about child abuse and assisting them in locating more services, advocacy is also meant to support and guide the non-offending caregiver during this difficult time so they can better support their child.

Throughout the course of the investigation and, if necessary, the legal proceedings, our advocates offer the survivors and their families continuous assistance. The advocates will inform clients and their families about legal processes and assist them in understanding the court system and what will happen when and if they testify.
